Do I need an account to browse Discover?
No. Everything on Discover is publicly accessible without an account — no login required.
How do I join an organization or RSVP for an event?
Click 'RSVP' on event pages or 'Join group' on group pages. For paid-plan orgs, you'll be taken to their community page at web.kannect.co. For free-tier orgs, you can leave your email and they'll be in touch.
How do I find organizations near me?
Browse by category using the navigation, or search for your city or organization name. Location-based filtering is coming in week 2 of launch.
For organizations
How do I claim my organization?
Go to /list-your-org, fill out the 4-field form (org name, email, city, category), and you'll be redirected to the Kannect dashboard to complete your profile. Takes about 60 seconds.
What's included in the free Discover plan?
A public profile on Discover (web + mobile app), 1 active event at a time, 1 group, and 3 resources. No credit card required.
Can I update my profile after claiming?
Yes — all editing happens in the Kannect dashboard at app.kannect.co. Changes appear on Discover automatically.
When should I upgrade to a paid plan?
When you want to send member announcements, charge for events, accept membership applications, or get a branded community website at web.kannect.co.

Yes. No trial period, no credit card, no hidden fees. The Discover plan is free forever.
What do paid plans cost?
Paid plans start at $15/month (billed yearly) for up to 1,000 members. Plans go up to $159/month for 60,000 members. All billing is managed in the Kannect dashboard.
How do I upgrade?
From within the Kannect dashboard at app.kannect.co. Click 'Upgrade' in the sidebar whenever you're ready.
