Do I need an account to browse Discover?

No. Everything on Discover is publicly accessible without an account — no login required, no credit card, ever.

How do I join an organization or RSVP for an event?

Click 'RSVP' on event pages or 'Join group' on group pages. You'll be taken to the organization's community page at web.kannect.co to complete your registration.

How do I find organizations near me?

Browse by category using the navigation, or search for your city or organization name. You can also filter by location on the browse page.

For organizations

How do I add my organization?

Go to /list-your-org and click 'Start your free week.' You'll be taken to app.kannect.co to create your account, choose a plan, and start your 7-day free trial. Once your profile is complete, your community appears on Discover automatically.

Why do I need a credit card to sign up?

It's how we keep Discover spam-free. Requiring a card stops bots and fake organizations before they ever reach the network. You won't be charged during your 7-day trial, and you can cancel anytime before it ends.

Can I update my profile after signing up?

Yes — all editing happens in the Kannect dashboard at app.kannect.co. Changes appear on Discover automatically.

What's included in a Kannect plan?

Every plan includes a verified Discover profile, unlimited events, member messaging, a branded community website at web.kannect.co, and access to the Kannect Community Hub mobile app. Plans start at $15/month.

What do plans cost?

Plans start at $15/month (billed yearly) for the Minimum plan, up to $159/month for the Scale plan (60,000 members). Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. All billing is managed in the Kannect dashboard.

Can I cancel during the trial?

Yes. Cancel anytime in the first 7 days and you won't be charged.

How do I upgrade my plan?

From within the Kannect dashboard at app.kannect.co. Click 'Upgrade' in the sidebar whenever you're ready.
