You'll go to Kannect's signup, create your account, and choose your plan. Your 7-day free trial starts right away. Then you set up your community profile in the dashboard — and once it's complete, your community appears on Discover and in the Kannect mobile app.
Why do I need a credit card for a free trial?
It's how we keep Discover spam-free. Requiring a card stops bots and fake organizations before they reach the network. You won't be charged during the 7-day trial, and you can cancel anytime before it ends.
What does it cost after the trial?
Kannect plans start at $15/month (billed yearly) for the Minimum plan, which includes unlimited events, member messaging, a branded community website, and payments. Higher plans add automation, programs, and advanced analytics.

What's the difference between Discover and a Kannect plan?
Kannect Discover is the public network where people find your community. A Kannect plan is the platform you use to run it — events, members, messaging, resources, payments, your community website. Being on Discover is part of having a Kannect plan.
Can I keep using my existing website?
Yes. Many organizations link their existing website from their Discover profile. When you're ready, your Kannect plan also includes a branded community website at web.kannect.co.
