Our mission
LIFT collaborative has a 2-fold mission: We convene community, business and nonprofit partners to identify and prioritize complex community challenges. Then we program and facilitate solving sessions to co-create solutions to those challenges. We also teach individuals, team coaches, and leaders to lead and facilitate creative problem solving sessions to solve complex challenges and lead change in their communities and organizations.

For God and Country, we advocate for veterans, educate our citizens, mentor youth, and promote patriotism, good citizenship, peace and security.

Freedom Ride Rescue
Freedom Ride Rescue brings together individuals who share a love for dogs and a dream to see a no-kill state. Our foster-based network brings in dogs of all ages, sizes and breed mixes. We help to rehabilitate these animals – providing security, love, medical, and behavioral training as needed – until they can be adopted to their “fur-ever” homes.

Our aim is to leverage our combined efforts to inspire actions that bring about the necessary changes to uplift marginalized individuals and communities both within and beyond the workplace. Through engaging discussions centered around human experiences, we aim to foster a platform for valuable networking and personal growth opportunities. Join us for conversations and events meticulously designed to not only improve diversity, equity, and inclusion practices but also to amplify the voices advocating for equity.
